Neo consulting has been created by our Senior Consultant, Sébastien Dubois.
Since 2010, Sébastien has had the chance to perform missions for different clients all over the world.
His expertise is mainly in Nuclear Energy in Europe but also in Oil & Gas, Production (Chemicals, Hydrogen,...) and Quality (certifications, norms, CE-marking, ...) all over the world.
From this experience, he also has a good knowledge of HSE.
